Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may have already processed and shipped your order, making cancellation no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
